We hope you are delighted with your products. However occasionally we know sometimes mistakes are made and items maybe incorrect.

Hassle Free Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us. Prior to return of any item you should contact us.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you are entitled to return the goods for a full refund within 7 days beginning the day after you receive the goods.

We request that you return the products you would like to return in their original wrapping / packaging, and in a resaleable condition, within 7 days of the day after you received them. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will happily refund you the cost of the product.

Unfortunately we cannot reimburse you for the cost of returning the product to ourselves.

When sending goods back to us, we suggest you use registered post as we cannot be held responsible for items lost prior to delivery to us when unrecorded delivery methods have been used. If you do return your products via registered post please return proof of postage.


Under the Distance Selling Regulations you are automatically entitled to a 7 day cancellation period, in which time you can contact us, using any of the details below to let us know you would like to cancel your order. As long as your item has not already been dispatched.

Where will my purchase ship from?
We are a UK based company and all items are stocked and dispatched from our warehouse in Manchester.

How long will it take you to ship my purchase?
We aim to have your purchase packed and sent out for delivery 24 hours from receipt of cleared funds.

Who will you use to deliver my purchase?
We only use UK Mail for the shipment of your order.

Will I have to sign for the delivery?
Yes, in all cases you will have to sign.

Can I track my order?
Yes, we will provide you with a tracking number if you have submitted either a mobile number or registered email address.
