For Multiple Item orders and items that require special handling (bonnets) we recommend a custom shipping quotation is obtained prior to placing your order.

Please provide us with either a phone number or email address so UK Mail can contact you to arrange delivery of your parcel.
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your product and advise us of the problem.
Return the item(s) in it's original packaging with tags/labels in place. Once the item is received back into our warehouse we will contact you to arrange a replacement or refund. Goods shipped back at the customers own expense.
When sending goods back to us, we suggest you use Registered/Recorded post as we cannot be held responsible for items lost prior to delivery to us when unrecorded delivery methods have been used.
